Tiera Cleveland

Tiera Cleveland is a former collegiate track and field athlete and a dedicated mental health professional. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Baylor University, where she also competed as a member of the Bears’ track and field team. Tiera’s commitment to excellence extended beyond athletics—she was honored as an Academic All-Big 12 First Team selection for the 2019–2020 season.


Furthering her academic and professional pursuits, Tiera earned her Master’s degree in Clinical-Community Psychology from the University of South Carolina. Her educational background and athletic experience uniquely position her to understand the mental and physical demands placed on athletes.


Today, Tiera is passionate about empowering the next generation of athletes to thrive—not just in competition, but in life. She is dedicated to holistic development, guiding young athletes in building mental resilience, self-awareness, and the essential tools needed for success both on and off the field. Currently, Tiera is working toward her Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) certification through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).
